清晰: 明确你的主题 (Subject), 说明你的目的 (正文)
礼貌: 以问候开始, 以祝好结束 (首次发邮件须自报家门 ! )
严谨: 写完邮件后，检查邮件主体有无拼写和语法错误, 结束语是否妥当, 发送人和抄送人是否正确无误 , 附件是否附上(⭐)
2. 邮件结构（从上到下）
收件人：【检查好】
抄送：【检查好】
主题：【有要求按要求、没有要求简洁书面语直接写目的】
正文：
①称谓
②问候
③正文内容【写目的/写事件（记得书面语、简洁礼貌是重点）】
④感谢+期待
⑤祝福语
⑥日期+署名
附件：【注意格式/文件多记得打成压缩包/注意文件名 (很多邮箱不能收太大的文件)】
